Our new Thermofix Installation Sleeve TF1 offers a quick and secure solution for mounting sockets, switches, and lights in insulated facades. The Thermofix is screwed into a Ø 74 mm hole in facade insulation, and by using a standard hollow wall box, which provides the necessary installation space, the electrical installation can be secured reliably. The wide rim of the installation sleeve serves as a practical mounting surface for securely attaching lights, cameras or other devices. The robust thread allows the installation sleeve to be easily screwed by hand into all common insulation materials. It is also available in the practical set with an airtight hollow wall box.
Advantages
Easy Installation
The installation is particularly simple, requiring only a Ø 74 mm milling hole. No additional or special tools are needed, as the self-tapping thread cuts itself into the material and anchors securely. Therefore, a simple screwing is sufficient to securely attach sockets, switches and lights to insulated facades.
Flexible Application
The installation sleeve can be flexibly used in all common insulation materials, including mineral wool, polystyrene and wood fiber. The mounting rim is used to secure devices to the Thermofix. The Thermofix can be combined with all f-tronic hollow wall boxes with a diameter of 68 mm, particularly the E3700, which further increases its versatility.
Secure Hold
The secure hold of the installation sleeve in insulated facades is ensured by a robust thread that withstands high pull-out forces in all insulation materials such as mineral wool, polystyrene and wood fiber. This guarantees a permanent, secure and thermal bridge-free attachment of electrical components.
