Company to bequeath?Unnoticed from the current on the finance markets, the big coalition agreed after long negotiations on 06. November 2008 on a new draft law to the estate duty right. The law is expected to be passed until 19. December 2009 and comes into force on 01. January of next year. You will get here a short survey over the important changes. |
